Antique R. Delaney Bavaria Porcelain Serving Bowl Pink Pierced Rim Victorian Ladies c. 1900

Beautiful antique Bavarian porcelain serving bowl featuring an ornate pierced border, soft pink decoration and a lovely central scene of three classically dressed women surrounded by flowers and fruit.

The oval bowl has a gently scalloped shape with an elaborate reticulated/pierced porcelain rim, accented with delicate gold trim. The wide pink border surrounds a colorful pastoral scene in the center, giving the piece a wonderfully romantic Victorian/Edwardian appearance.

The underside is marked R. Delaney / Bavaria, along with an additional retailer or decorator's mark. There is also a raised molded mark in the porcelain.

Based on the Bavarian marking, decoration and style, I would date this piece to approximately the early 1900s–1920s.

This would be beautiful displayed in a china cabinet or used as a decorative centerpiece. It's especially appealing for collectors of antique Bavarian porcelain, romantic Victorian decor, reticulated china and pink porcelain.

Condition: Antique condition with age-related wear, including visible wear/loss to the gold trim and some surface wear consistent with a piece over 100 years old. Please review all photographs carefully for the exact condition.
